Easy Bibimbap With Canned Tuna Recipe (Wok With Len)

I recently started to vlog (again), this time with a niche - food and recipe vlog. Here's my 5th upload: Homemade Bibimbap Recipe made with Delmar canned tuna and leftover ulam (ginisang toge and carrots).

Bibimbap is a Korean staple dish that consists rice topped with vegetables, chili paste, and beef or other meat and fried egg. For this recipe, instead of beef or pork, I used Delmar Tuna. Instead of white rice, I used brown rice because it's healthier.

RECIPE FOR BIBIMBAP SAUCE
2 tsp Gochujang
2 tsp Ssamjang (this is optional)
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Honey
Sesame Seeds

Just mix everything together! Adjust measurement according to your taste.

Bought the gochujang at G-Mark, a Korean supermarket in Clark Pampanga, for only 50php. Mura! Sa Puregold they have one being sold at 168php.

For the vegetables, I added bokchoy, cucumber and some toge and carrots. Bibimbap is a versatile dish in which you can practically add any available vegetable you can think of: Bitsuelas, Pechay, Cabbage, Mushroom, Zucchini, Bell Peppers, String Beans etc.

Love this dish! It's easy to prepare, yummy and packed with healthy veggies!

Hope you and your loved ones will enjoy this recipe. Ciao!
