Egg Sandwich Gourmet Style |
INGREDIENTS:
Wheat bread, sugar free
Cucumber, peeled and sliced
Tomatoes, sliced
Lettuce
Butter
For the sauce/salad:
3 tbsp of Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp of Mustard
6 eggs, hard boiled, chopped
salt, pepper and paprika
PREPARATION:
- To perfect your hard boiled eggs, follow these instructions:
- Bring the water to boil
- Turn off the heat and let the eggs sit there for 10 to 12 minutes
- Put the eggs under running water to cool them
- Mix mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper and paprika in a separate bowl
- Add the chopped eggs, mix well
- Chill for at least 15 to 30mins
- Spread butter on one side of your bread then add a spoonful of your egg salad mix
- Top with cucumber, tomatoes and lettuce
Serve with a bag of corn chips! Heavennn!!!
